FAQ & DELIVERY

AM I ABLE TO PURCHASE AND PICK UP MY PRODUCTS IN PERSON?

Yes you can purchase and pickup up your order from our home studio. We are based in Kalamunda, Perth WA. Once your order is ready we will send you a confirmation email with our address. Alternatively, we sell at a number of markets around Perth and could make sure your item is safe until you're able to collect it.

DELIVERY

We ship through Australia Post Regular Post service which can take from 2 -10 days depending on where you are based in Australia. As a small business, please allow us 1-3 days to create your item. If it is an urgent purchase, please send us an email. Please note that we will often be able to deliver your item directly to you if it within our Perth Metro delievery range, so please don't be concerned if your parcel is delivered without a stamp.

POSTAGE & HANDLING FEES

We ship through Australia Post Regular Post service and bubble wrap and package all of our items to minimise breakages. Our shipping is free for all of our jewellery items.
