Returns:

Please note that all purchases are final. We do not offer a refund or return for a "change of mind" purchase. If we have come to an agreement - please note the item MUST be in new condition, unworn and ALL packaging must be provided as it was given to you. If this does not happen, please understand that only a partial refund will be given.

Repair:

We understand that accidents happen and that things can break. We would love to help where we can if this does happen.

For items requiring repair less than 3 months from purchase:

We will happily repair the fault free of charge (excluding postage). If you could please do the following things:

  • Contact us to obtain Our mailing address (via hellomrbadger@gmail.com)
  • Post to us in a secure mailing bag and include a postage paid self-addressed envelope.
  • Ensure that you have paid the correct postage.

If you would like to drop the item off - please contact us to arrange a time.

For items requiring repair more than 3 months from purchase:

We will happily replace or repair your item at your cost. We will only change to cover the materials requires, not my time. Please note that you will also need to cover postage costs both ways.

  • Contact me to obtain my mailing address (via hellomrbadger@gmail.com)
  • Post to me in a secure mailing bag and include a postage paid self-addressed envelope.
  • Ensure that you have paid the correct postage.

We will then be in contact with you in regards to the cost and will send you an invoice. Once paid, we will repair/replace the item and post it back to you.

If you choose against the repair, we will send the item back to you as it was send to me.
